We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our Chief Finance Officer and our General Counsel. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in executive support, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CFO and the General Counsel, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning
- Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities to create efficiency, solve problems, and ensure the executives are always prepared
- Manage a high volume of complex scheduling and quickly shifting priorities
- Coordinate and manage department-wide meetings, including setting agendas, preparing materials, and capturing follow-ups and action items
- Plan and execute logistics for external meetings, business trips, off-sites, and events with partners, investors, and stakeholders
- Act as a liaison on behalf of the CFO and the General Counsel, professionally communicating with internal departments, agents, partners, and vendors
- Prepare and process documents, contracts, expense reports, and confidential financial and legal materials
- Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables
- Support members of the finance and legal teams on an ad-hoc basis and coordinate department operations, including maintaining files and document databases
- Assist with preparing materials for board meetings, audits, and legal filings
- Manage ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned, often with quick turnaround
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in legal or finance
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Adept at juggling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and expense/reporting systems (e.g., Ramp, Expensify)
- Familiarity with entertainment industry legal and finance workflows is a plus

Our target salary range for this role is between $75,000 to $90,000. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
