A24 is seeking a full-time Temporary International Publicity Coordinator to join our Publicity team in our New York office for 6-months ending in December 2025. The person who will excel in this role is a highly motivated self-starter skilled in multitasking, communication, and time management. We’re looking for someone with 1-2 years of professional experience or relevant internships in PR.
Initial Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Provide administrative support for the International Publicity team in NY & London, film leads in NY & LA, and Publicity Department as needed
- Adeptly coordinate and schedule a high volume of calls, meetings, and screenings; organize and update inter-departmental calendars, manage publicity inventory and manage expense reports.
- Coordinate Talent, Filmmaker, and Executive Travel for publicity campaigns: book cars, flights, trains, private charters, and hotels; create, maintain, and send Talent and Filmmaker schedules in a timely fashion
- Covering talent at press and special screenings, press days/interviews, film festivals, and awards related events. This includes after-hours, weekend events and travel.
- Compile, track, and blast press breaks, reviews, and reactions to appropriate distribution lists; create, maintain and distribute press requests, publicity status reports, release schedules, pull quotes, budgets and fee charts.
- Assist in imagery and clip management: log approvals, and update google tracking sheets
- Coordinate, manage, and update agency documents for film and tv projects
- Send and track screener links, DVDs, and coordinate DCP shipments with Print Traffic Team
- Oversee International Publicity Interns (Including selection and training)
- Provide information to international partners on publicity needs including, but not limited to interviews, photos, press notes, festival participation, along with press nominations.
- Work closely with teams across PR, Marketing, Delivery, International, Distribution & Accounting, as well as talent representatives and PR agencies on various requests and approvals.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years professional experience in PR required
- Highly motivated self-starter with fastidious attention to detail and strong abilities in project and data management, time management, multi-tasking and organization
- Reliable and proactive, social, and enthusiastic, diligent and resourceful
- Knowledge of other languages and cultures a bonus
- Demonstrable interest in international marketplace, distribution and PR
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets as well as online organization databases
- Ability to anticipate team needs as well as needs of international partners
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- A team player who collaborates well with others

This role is a W-2 position, working at least 40 hours per week. Our target hourly rate for this position is between $20 and $24. Actual starting pay within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training.
