A24 is looking for a Director, Accounts to join our Digital Distribution team. This person will oversee domestic and increasing international accounts across A24 Digital Distribution’s transactional landscape including, but not limited to TVOD, Hotels, Libraries, and other ancillary licensing. They will also lead in development and execution of on-platform revenue generating strategies in CRM, licensing, pricing, and merchandising of A24’s new release slate and catalog. We are open to NY or LA based candidates.
Initial Responsibilities
Account Management: Responsible for oversight and management of business accounts in the domestic transactional landscape including, but not limited to, TVOD, Hotels, Libraries and other ancillary licensing with additional coverage on expanding international territories
- Grow and enhance partner relationships to increase revenue opportunities by providing best-in-class service
- Develop and utilize presentational materials to innovate and execute customized partner merchandising strategies
- Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to specialize on-platform product offerings
- Coverage on 15-20 providers across 2 territories with intent to expand
Licensing: Oversee rights availability and content licensing for transactional partners and asset monetization opportunities
- Develop partner release strategy around master calendar and dating
- Establish new partnerships by facilitating onboarding in collaboration with the Operations team
- Oversee individual post-theatrical licensing opportunities for film assets including clips, posters, and stills
Contracts: Oversee contract status and completion for new and existing transactional partners and licensing
- Provide internal input in contract review, negotiating terms on amendments and with new partners, facilitating legal review
- Oversee internal contract organizational management and drive process requirements to meet partner deadlines or expiration dates
Reporting & Data Analysis: Utilize reporting systems, materials, and analysis to track partner performance, identifying trends to grow revenue
- Develop and improve reporting systems, workflows, and metrics to support revenue growth and process streamlining
- Provide partner performance projections and competitive analysis to inform internal expectation and inform revenue benchmarks
Qualifications
- 6+ years of Account Management experience in the Entertainment Industry required, direct Home Entertainment experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace required, experience with Tableau or similar data system preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication and emotional intelligence
- Travel 50%+ of time

Our target salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $165,000. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
